If this is your first time using ANECALC, make sure you visit the INSTRUCTIONS tab first so you minimize unnecessary problems.

ANECALC PLUS was designed to help manufacturers estimate the number of cones required for proper floor coverage when sewing smaller program sizes. To properly use these tools, you will need to know your estimated output per sewing operation, the production unit output, and the program size. ANECALC PLUS can then help you determine total cost of thread needed to thread up a line as compared to the amount of thread used per sewn item.
