Total Quality Management (TQM) is a comprehensive collection of practices
and commitments that are focused on the needs and desires of customers.

A&E's TQM philosophy says that the customer is our partner and meeting our
partner's needs must be our first priority. We build relationships in
order to better understand our customer's requirements. Then, we work
to exceed those requirements, adding value to our products and services.
Our TQM philosophies have evolved
from careful study and evaluation of world renown quality coaches (Deming,
Juran, Crosby, Conway, Ishikawa) and careful examination of other TQM
companies who strive to have World Class quality.
A&E's vision is to
be "World Class" in every aspect of our business, so we not only
meet, but exceed the needs of our customers through excellence. (See our Vision.) To achieve this goal, we
have recognized four areas of commitment that are a part of our culture:
Customer Driven, Associate Involvement, Process Focused, and Management
