• Full Description: Perma Kool™ is a premium core spun sewing thread manufactured with a continuous filament polyester core, polyester staple wrap, and wound with an FR finish. The core spun construction delivers a thread with a higher strength and sewing performance over staple spun products. • Advantages:

  • Fiber Abrasion Resistance- Good
  • Fiber Resistance to Heat- 145 deg C (Highest continuous temperature before breakdown)
  • Fiber Melting Point- 265 deg C
  • Other core spun polyester threads include Perma Core® and Perma Core® Reactive for button sewing to lock buttons in place
  • Cotton wrap core spun threads are available such as D-Core®
