An air-entangled 100% polyester sewing thread, A&E’s Magic® is designed as a high performance alternative to spun polyester threads. Magic® creates a lower profile seam reducing potential for surface abrasion. Manufactured with a special finish, twist, and combined with a high initial modulus, Magic® delivers an excellent sewing performance on a wide range of sewing equipment from manual single to automatic, multi-directional sewing machines. This allows for larger put-ups for long, continuous sewing runs without thread changes.

Endurance®
Endurance® is a biodegradable sewing thread made of cellulosic fiber, lyocell, and is twisted and finished for optimum sewing performance. This sewing thread is ideal for minimizing seam failures during lyocell garment overdyeing applications.
The manmade cellulosic fiber of Endurance® notes improved tensile properties over cotton. When wet, lyocell retains 80% of its dry strength. Strength for size, Lyocell is the only manmade fiber stronger that non-mercerized cotton, wet or dry.
D-Core®
Engineered for its color to fade down with the garment after finishing, A&E‘s D-Core® is a premium core spun sewing thread constructed with a continuous filament polyester core and cotton staple wrap. D-Core® allows for the use of smaller thread sizes to minimize puckering or needle cutting, while it’s thread construction provides higher strength over traditional, staple spun products. A&E’s Anecot® is a 100% short staple, spun cotton sewing thread. Twisted and finished for optimum sewing performance and an excellent option for overdyeing, Anecot® boasts low elongation with excellent loop formation. Unaffected by needle heat or pressing, Anecot® will not melt, making this sewing thread ideal for applications that require a natural fiber.
